Grilled Cheese with Blueberries, Apples & Gruyere Cheese

1 loaf ciabatta bread

1 pint blueberries

1 green apple

Gruyere cheese

Arugula

Honey

Salt & Pepper

Butter

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Prepare ciabatta by cutting in half. (so you have a top and a bottom) Cut into desired sandwich sizes.

Rub bottom sides with butter and place butter side down. Drizzle top with honey. Layer with generous amount of thinly sliced gruyere cheese, thinly sliced green apples, blueberries and arugula. Salt & pepper to taste. Place another piece of ciabatta, honey side down to sandwich. Press together.

Heat skillet to medium. Place sandwich in pan and press down. Flip when one side is golden brown. Repeat on other side. Transfer to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

(Can also be grilled in panini maker.)
