CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- If you have allergies, you might be suffering more because of where you live.

The Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America ranks Charlotte among the top 25 worst allergy cities in the U.S. The Queen City comes in 23rd.

Greensboro came in second.

Topping the list was Lexington, Ky.

The rankings are based on pollen count, use of over-the-counter medicines and the number of certified allergists.
