WAXHAW, N.C. -- Police are investigating a multi-vehicle crash in Union County Wednesday afternoon that injured at least two people.
The accident happened around 12:30 p.m. on the 10000 block of New Town Road near Marvin Road in Waxhaw.
A white pick-up truck crashed with a silver pick-up truck owned by a local lawn care company. The front windshield was torn off the white pick-up.
The road remains closed while crews work to investigate the accident and remove the vehicles.
It's unclear exactly how many people were hurt in the wreck or how the collision occurred.
