GASTONIA, N.C. -- A 21-year-old Florida woman is in custody, charged with raping an 8-year-old Gastonia boy.
Police in the Miami area arrested Pilar Rocha on Nov. 20. Rocha had been wanted in Gaston County for two years.
An arrest warrant says that Rocha allegedly showed pornographic movies to an 8-year-old boy who she was babysitting. After watching the movies, the two allegedly had sex.
Police say the incident happened at the boy's Gastonia home, sometime between Nov. 1, 2007 and Dec. 31, 2007.
Rocha is charged with first-degree rape of a child and disseminating obscene material to a minor.
She is being held in jail on $200,000 bond.
