RALEIGH, N.C. -- A company that makes parts for aging military aircraft will open a plant near Kinston and create 50 jobs over the next three years.

Workhorse Aviation Manufacturing LLC will invest more than a $2 mi llion in the project at the Global TransPark. Governor Mike Easley says a $100,000 grant funded by taxpayers helped secure the deal.
