Employees go through a pre-hire examination that tests their knowledge of code, system operations, and field expertise. Once hired, our technicians regularly attend training, including NATE (North American Technical Excellence), code seminars, factory training classes and in house discussions to stay up to date on the continually changing HVAC and electrical industry.
