This version of stuffed peppers is much simpler to make than some recipes and is a great way to add a veggie serving to meatballs and sauce.
What you’ll need:
Food Lion Frozen Meatballs
Food Lion Spaghetti Sauce
Start with one green pepper for every two people. Slice each pepper in half and carve out the insides. Take care to carve without breaking or puncturing the walls of the pepper so the spaghetti sauce doesn’t leak out.
Take a bag of Food Lion frozen meatballs and put a few meatballs in each pepper half. Spoon Food Lion spaghetti sauce into each serving and place the stuffed peppers on a baking tray. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes and serve.
The result is a delicious stuffed pepper you can make in a snap.
