#7 Appliance Repair (BBB Grade F) – Benny Hilliard Stafford from Charlotte had five unanswered complaints in 2012 for appliance repairs that were allegedly not done properly, if at all. Since 2006, Stafford has used 18 business names, 18 telephone numbers, seven aliases and has had 56 total complaints filed with the BBB. DOUBLE REPEAT OFFENDER: He was #2 on the 2011 Dirty Dozen List and #6 on the 2007 Dirty Dozen List.
