CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police are asking for the public’s help locating two suspects involved in store robbery.

Investigators said that two white males robbed the Kangaroo Express on Charlottetown Avenue.

In a press release sent to NBC Charlotte, officials described the first suspect as “approximately 5’ 6” to 5” 9” in height, 20 – 30-years-old, slim build, wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, black sneakers, and a black ski mask,” detectives said. “The second suspect was approximately 5'5" - 5'6" in height, medium build and in his late 20’s to early 30’s.  He was wearing a brown ski mask and brown jacket.”

Three days later, the Kangaroo at the Harris Station was also robbed at gunpoint.  Detectives said the description of the suspect matches that of the second suspect involved in the first robbery.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of either suspect involved in these robberies.   Anyone with information should call 704-334-1600.
