CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A toddler is in the hospital after falling from a second story apartment building Saturday.
The accident happened at the Colonial Grand at Beverly Crest Apartments. Officials tell NewsChannel 36 the toddler somehow fell off the balcony.
Medic tells us the child’s injuries could be life threatening. NewsChannel 36 has learned that the parents will not face any charges.
No word yet on the toddler’s condition.
