Harris Teeter recalls hummus due to possible listeria

MATTHEWS, N.C. – Harris Teeter announced a voluntary recall of hummus Tuesday due to potential listeria contamination.

Harris Teeter said in a press release that it was notified by its supplier, Lantana Foods, of the possible contamination and immediately removed the product from stores.

The item included in the recall is Fresh Foods Market Artisan Hummus Pine Nuts with UPC 7203602705 on the packaging.

Consumers who purchased the item should not consume it. You can return the product to stores for a full refund.
