The 6NEWS Road Trip will be live Thursday from the Crawdads game, a minor league baseball team in Hickory.

The Crawdads are a Class A team in the South Atlantic League, and have been a farm team of the Pittsburgh Pirates since 2005. The Crawdads play home games at L.P Frans Stadium.

You must have a ticket to get inside the stadium. Tickets range in price from $8-$12. Call (828) 322-3000 for more information.

Take I-40 to exit 123 North (Hwy 321 Lenoir/Airport). Travel to fifth stoplight and turn left onto Clement Blvd., NW. L.P. Frans Stadium is 1/2 mile up to the right in the valley surrounded by the mountains of North Carolina.
