CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A Ballantyne restaurant manager who was murdered on the job is being remembered.
The Flying Biscuit Cafe hosted a fundraiser in honor of Danielle Watson on Saturday.
Police say a co-worker stabbed her to death as she closed the restaurant last month. Watson was two months pregnant.
"I hope today to provide the utmost support," said Co-owner of the Flying Biscuit Will Bigham.
The charities helping to donate in honor of Watson include the American Cancer Society, Mothers of Murdered Offspring, and the Make A Wish Foundation.
22-year-old Mark Cox is charged with Watson's murder and for the death her unborn child. He also faces robbery and larceny charges.
