MONROE, N.C. -- Dozens of bikers hit the road in Monroe Saturday to support a little girl who was beaten by her stepfather.

Kilah Davenport, 3,  was severely injured by her stepfather according to authorities. Her mother says she may never fully recover.

To help pay her medical bills, a motorcycle club called the "Monroe Moose Riders" hosted a dice run.

Organizers say they were overwhelmed by the turnout.  No word yet on how much money was raised, but officials tell NBC Charlotte it was a success with bikers coming from as far away as Winston-Salem.
