CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is investigating a school bus accident.
The incident happened around 5:40 Monday evening inbound before Eastway Drive at The Plaza.
Medic tells NewsChannel 36 they transported one person to CMC University with non life-theatening injuries.
Officials say the bus is from Kennedy Charter School. The bus involved is number 133.
There is no word yet on what caused the crash, or if charges will be filed.
