HICKORY, N.C.-- A Hickory man is under arrest after he allegedly held a woman against her will and then used a box cutter to carve a word into her stomach.
Keith Campbell, 41, was arrested shortly after 9 a.m. Saturday at his home.
He is accused of carving the word "mine" into a woman's stomach who he had restrained at his home.
That woman was taken to the hospital.
Campbell is being charged with kidnapping, rape, assault with a deadly weapon, communicating threats and assault on a female.
He is currently being held in the Catawba County Correctional Center and is expected in court on Monday.
