CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte-Mecklenburg Animal Care and Control is trying to reunite two dogs with their owners.
Saturday afternoon after the tornado in Charlotte, officials found two stray dogs near Dublin Creek Boulevard and Four Sisters Lane.
One of the dogs was reunited with the owner, but the other is being cared for at the Animal Shelter, the dog has yet to be identified.
Sunday, officials sent out another photo of a dog found wondering around the tornado ravaged area on Faires Road and Plaza Extension.
Officials say the both dogs have no identification or a microchip. Anyone who believes they know the owners should call 311 and ask for an Animal Care and Control Representative.
