CHARLOTTE, N.C.-- Police have arrested three people in connection with a body found in a Dumpster Friday.
Police were called to the Windgate Apartments around 4:30 p.m.
A maintenance worker at the complex was responding to a call for a broken pipe in an apartment and found blood. The worker called 911 and police later found the victim in a trash container at the apartment complex.
Police tell NewsChannel 36 the victim had been subletting the apartment. Investigators still have not released the victim's name.
Three people have been arrested in connection to the murder, but they have not been charged with murder. Juan Alberto Rivera-Amaya, Yadira Fernandez and Isidro Bueno are all charged with concealment of death. Bueno is also charged with maintaining a place for prostitution.
