Car collides with school bus in north Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- No students were injured when a car and a school bus collided in north Charlotte Tuesday afternoon.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools officials say bus #1412 was leaving North Mecklenburg High School when the car collided with the bus at the corner of Gibbon and Nevin Roads in North Charlotte.
CMS says 28 students were on board the bus at the time of the crash, but none were injured.
One person was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
