MECKLENBURG COUNTY, N.C. -- Emergency crews were on the scene Friday following a bus accident involving a car.
The accident happened on I-485 inner loop just past Rocky River Road around 2:45 p.m. Friday afternoon.
Highway patrol says the woman driving the passenger car went to swtich lanes to the left and side swiped a pick-up truck causing the car to spin out of control.
The impact left the car facing the school bus. According to Higway Patrol, the school bus hit her vehicle twice.
The 23-year-old un-named woman from Matthews is charged with unsafe lane change.
No one was seriously injured in the crash.
