CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Part of East W.T. Harris Boulevard that was closed for several hours after an accident is now back open.
The accident happened at about 4:15 a.m. on W.T. Harris Boulevard near Grier Road. The westbound lane of Harris Boulevard was shut down between Rocky River Road and Grier Road. The road was reopened by 10 a.m.
Medic transported two people to the hospital. Police have not said what caused the accident.
