Huge, wonderful news -- the DNC is coming to Charlotte!
No matter what political affiliation, this is going to be HUGE, bringing hundreds of millions of dollars to the city -- and will undoubtedly let us shine for a national and international audience.
It’s a very exciting time for us here at WCNC, and with our extensive crews out in the field, Bobby, Sonja and Dave anchoring from Time Warner Cable Arena today, we won’t have deals at 4 p.m., but I still wanted to bring them to you, while I hold down the fort and anchor from here in the studio.
