These free events take place in the Charlotte area from Monday, September 10th, 2013, through Sunday, September 15th. Some highlights are the Sunset Jazz Festival, Common Ground Music Festival, Urban Ministries art show, Blues Out Back at Gaston County Museum, and Charlotte Folk Society’s concert.
