CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -- Authorities say a Rowan County man with 12 felony convictions is one of two people arrested following a three-month undercover investigation.

The Charlotte Observer reports detectives say the suspects, Reginald "Weasel" Oglesby and Marcia Clare Lewis, sometimes conducted drug sales while children were in a vehicle with them.

The sheriff's office said Oglesby and Lewis were arrested Tuesday after an undercover purchase of Hydrocodone and crack cocaine near a business in Salisbury. Detectives said they were charged with that sale and several others.

According to the sheriff's office, Oglesby's felony convictions stretch from September 2000 to May 2011 and include obtaining property by false pretense and soliciting to take indecent liberties with a child.

Oglesby is jailed under $105,000 bond. It's not known if he has an attorney.
