CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police have arrested the second man wanted in connection with a larceny from auto case.
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department's Providence Division arrested Jarvis Jones, 18, on Saturday without incident. Officials say he's responsible for the larceny of a vehicle last Thursday in the 3500 block of Ellington Drive.
Jones faces breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, attempted breaking and entering motor vehicle, financial transaction card theft-- stemming from use of stolen credit card, felony conspiracy and misdemeanor larceny. During his arrest, officials say Jones was in possession of a Schedule VI narcotic, and was subsequently charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana.
Police have also obtained arrest warrants for Davontae Johntaveous Walton, 20, for his involvement in the larcenies.
Walton was arrested Monday afternoon in Grier Heights.
