2 accused of breaking into Christian Ministry Center

LINCOLN COUNTY, N.C. – Two women were arrested they're accused of breaking into a Christian Ministry Center in Denver.

Authorities arrested Elizabeth Parker, 33, and Sarah Leatherman, 44, both of Maiden, N.C.   According to investigators, both women were seen on video surveillance breaking into the East Lincoln Christian Ministries Center around 2 a.m. August 30.  The women are also accused of returning four hours later to take clothing.

Police say they entered the building through a side door; they’re accused of stealing property valued at $1,000.

Leatherman and Parker are facing felony charges of breaking and entering and two felony counts of larceny after breaking and entering. 

Both were placed under a $3,500 bond.
