VALE, N.C. -- Wednesday afternoon, Lincoln County Sheriff's Investigators located and seized their twenty-second meth lab of the year.

The "one-pot" or "shake and bake" meth lab was found inside of a mobile home in the 1600 block of Knoll Drive in Vale around 2:15 Wednesday.

Authorities described the "shake and bake" style meth labs as possibly the most dangerous way of making meth because of the chemical reaction inside the container used in the process causes an extremely high amount of pressure to build up.

Carl Lloyd Almany III is charged with one count of possession or distributing a meth precursor.
