LANCASTER, S.C. – The Lancaster Sheriff’s Department is investigating a shooting that left two men dead after a nightclub shooting.

The shooting happened Friday night around 11pm on Old Landsford Road.  When deputies arrived at “The Café” night club they found 25-year-old Jonathan Duval Reid lying in front of the club, he’d been shot.

Azor Lee Cloud, 30, was also found lying in the middle of the road. Cloud was pronounced dead on the scene.  Reid was taken to the hospital but was later pronounced dead.

According to investigators multiple shell casings were found in the road and on the side walk in front of the club.  Authorities tell NewsChannel 36, several people were at the club, but no one saw what happened.

Sheriff Faile said, “We have started a detailed investigation and no stone will go unturned until we find out who is responsible for these deaths. It’s frustrating when there were so many people there and no one is willing to come forward with information.  I encourage anyone with information to come forward by contacting us directly or Crimestoppers”.

NewsChannel 36 has learned Reid was just recently released from the Lancaster County Detention Center in the beginning of March.  He was being held on a murder charge from 2010, but posted bond.

Anyone with information about the shootings should contact the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office at 283-4136 or contact Crimestopper’s at 1-888-Crime SC (1-888-274-6372).
