RED SPRINGS, N.C. -- The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children issued an Amber Alert for a 1-year-old boy on Friday morning.

At 1 p.m., the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children told NBC Charlotte the child and his mother, as well as the suspect, were all located, but no further details were immediately made available. Stay with WCNC.com for more as this story develops.

Jaylon Marcus Bullard, 1, is described as American Indian, standing 2-feet-tall and weighing 30 pounds. Authorities are also looking for the boy's mother, Candice Locklear, 21, who's described as American India, standing 5-foot-6, weighing 153 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

Authorities believe Jaylon was abducted by Shamael Elleber, pictured left. Elleber is 23-years-old, standing 5-foot-9, weighing 138 pounds.

It is believed Jaylon and Elleber are traveling in a green 2001 4-door Chevy Malibu with NC tags CAE8603.

Red Springs is about 112 miles east of Charlotte.
