CHARLOTTE, N.C. – An Amber Alert for a missing 10-year-old Charlotte boy has been cancelled.
According to Charlotte-Mecklenburg police, a domestic dispute led up to the Amber Alert. Symiir Issa Speaks was located by Fayetteville police around 3 a.m.
According to law enforcement, there was a custody dispute between a husband and his ex-wife that happened Sunday afternoon on Bird Watch Lane.
Police did not give details about how Speaks was found, or who he was with.
