CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- CMPD's Violent Criminal Apprehension Team is looking for a suspect they say is responsible for three shootings over a four-day period in late November.

Trevon Dameion "Daymo" Young, 24, is considered to be armed and dangerous.

Police say Young is a suspect in three separate shooting and robbery incidents between November 20 and 24.

The first occurred in the 3400 block of Oak Arbor Lane just before 11 p.m. on November 20. The victim told officers that the suspect began firing upon an apartment building, also damaging a vehicle in the parking lot.

The second incident happened shortly after 10 p.m. on Thursday, November 21 in the 2700 block of West Boulevard. Police say the victim was sitting in his car when Young entered the vehicle, pointed his weapon at the victim, robbed him, and then shot him in the leg.

Two days later, in the final incident, police say a victim was shot several times and robbed of his money in the 400 block of Brookhill Road. The victim sustained serious injuries, but was able to drive himself to the hospital for treatment.

If you have any information on Young's whereabouts, please call 911, VCAT at (704) 336-VCAT (8228) or Crime Stoppers at (704) 334-1600.
