LANCASTER, S.C. -- The Lancaster County Sheriff's Office has arrested the man they say is responsible for several larcenies in the Great Falls Highway area of Lancaster.
Corey Hayden Cook, 36, is charged with two counts of malicious injury to property, more than $2000, one county of malicious injury to property, less than $2000, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Authorities say Cook is responsible for damaging and stealing money from the Polar Ice machine at 1746 Great Falls Highway on two separate occasions. Additionally, the sheriff's office says Cook stole money and damaged property at the Laser Car Wash in the 1700 block of Airport Road.
While executing the search warrant at Cook's residence on Wednesday, officials say cocaine and drug paraphernalia were discovered.
Cook is currently held in the Lancaster County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.
