CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police has issued an arrest warrant in a massive brawl in NoDa last month.
People were tossing chairs-- and even tables, at an after-party for the Carolina Awards Ball.
No one was injured, and no arrests were made that night because police say no one would talk.
Then, NBC Charlotte alerted police about the YouTube video posted at the end of this story.
Friday afternoon, NBC Charlotte learned police issued an arrest warrant for 47-year-old Antoine Fountain.
He's facing a felony charge of inciting a riot. Fountain was arrested for arson after the same event two years ago.
