MORGANTON, N.C. -- A married couple was caught making meth for the second time, according to investigators.
The Burke County Sheriff's Office busted a meth lab on Highway 70 East in Morganton Wednesday night.
Police charged Nina, Timothy and Wendy Smith with manufacturing methamphetamine.
Timothy and Wendy Smith are married and were arrested in a meth lab back in September.
