HUDSON, N.C. -- The owner of a Caldwell County business faces felony charges for allegedly sending and receiving stolen property.

The Hudson Police Department and county sheriff’s office performed a joint investigation into Mark Phillip Long, owner of Crazy Mark’s, Inc. on Hickory Boulevard.

Police say a search of the business led them multiple items reported stolen in Caldwell County. Investigators attribute serial numbers and items engraved with initials to being able to identify the stolen property.

Long is charged with felony receiving and possession of stolen property. He was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $15,000 bond.
