ELLERBE, N.C. -- The Richmond County Sheriff's Office arrested a man accused of killing his parents at their home in Ellerbe Tuesday.
Deputies said Edwin Arthur and Margaret Richardson were found shot to death in their home off of the 100 block of Richardson Road.
The couple's son, Edwin Anthony Richardson, was found at the scene when deputies arrived. He was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder, according to the police report.
It's not immediately clear what led to the shootings.
