CONCORD, N.C. – The Department of Public Safety is working with local law enforcement to find a juvenile after they failed return to a youth development center.
Officials said “Stanley T.” was in custody at the Stonewall Jackson Youth Development Center in Concord, but failed to return to the facility on Friday following his home visit.
Stanley was last spotted on Mallard View Lane in Charlotte.
In a statement to NBC Charlotte, Public Safety advised citizens “Due to the unpredictability of juvenile behavior, the division has a high degree of concern for the safety of both the juvenile and the public.”
