CHARLOTTE, N.C – Authorities are searching for a driver after officials say they clipped the back of a school bus on Friday.
 

The incident happened in the 6500 block of Brookshire Boulevard shortly after 3 p.m.  Officials said a white vehicle clipped the back of the bus and drove away from the scene.

Officials said bus 1417 was from West Meck High School, there were 21 students on-board at the time of the crash.

The description of the suspect’s car is very vague, at last check there was no description of the driver.  Medic tells NBC Charlotte they’re treating four patients with non-life threatening injuries.

All four of those patients were students on-board the bus.
