ALBEMARLE, N.C. -- A drug deal turned shootout in Albemarle has led to arrest warrants for multiple suspects.

It happened Nov. 8 in the 400 block of Lincoln Street.

Officers say they arrived to find shell casings along the road, as well as a disabled Toyota Yaris and a bag of cocaine.

Warrants were issued for 45-year-old Gary Crump, 69-year-old John Crump, 29-year-old Alvin Holland and 22-year-old Devon McGee.

Their charges are as follows:

Gary Demetrius Crump:
Discharging a weapon into occupied moving vehicle, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill, Maintain a Dwelling for the Place of a Controlled Substance.

John Edward Crump: Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill

Alvin Lee Holland: Attempted Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon

Devon Daniel McGee: Attempted Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
