CHARLOTTE, N.C. – U.S. Marshals arrested a man in Charlotte in connection to a string of Connecticut rapes.
Marshals arrested Kenneth Wilson, 39, on Thursday. Marshals tell WCNC.com Wilson is accused of raping several women in the Connecticut area.
Officials said they did not consider Wilson a serial rapist because he has not been previously charged.
He’s facing first degree sexual assault and first degree reckless endangerment charges.
According to investigators, Wilson was working in Charlotte and living at an address on Plymonth Avenue when he was arrested.
Wilson is awaiting extradition to Connecticut. He’s currently being held in the Mecklenburg County jail.
