LANCASTER, S.C. -- Lancaster police arrested a man accused of robbing a Wells Fargo on Wednesday afternoon.
Police said 40-year-old Kevin Herman Cole approached a teller and presented a note demanding money and advising that he had a gun at the Wells Fargo on Main Street around 1 p.m.
