LANCASTER COUNTY, S.C. -- The Lancaster County Sheriff''s office arrested a man after he was caught burglarizing two businesses Saturday.

According to officials, the first burglary happened at the Speedee Mart on Pageland Highway around 2:37 a.m.  Investigators say, Jesse Michael James smashed through he door and stole cigarettes, rolled coins and beer from the store.

Almost three hours later officials caught up with James after he broke into an establishment called "Grown Folks" on Kershaw Camden Highway.  An employee called police to report the burglary before running after the back door.

James led authorities on a short chase before he was arrested.

He's now charged with two counts of Burglary and failure to stop for a blue light and siren.  His bond was set at $70,000.
