CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Concord Police have charged a man in connection to a fatal accident.
The accident happened Saturday at the intersection of US Highway 29 and Central Drive. According to authorities Victor Salinas made a left turn into the path of a motorcycle driven by 58-year-old Ray Horsley.
Officials say Horsley later died at the hospital.
Salinas is charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle, driving while license revoked and a child restraint violation. His bond was set at $100,000.
