KANNAPOLIS, N.C. – Police are trying to find the man who robbed a Kannapolis gas station late Thursday night.
The robbery took place at 10:50 p.m. at the BP gas station located at Highway 29 and York Road.
A white man in his 50s entered the store and demanded money, police say.
Few details about the incident are clear at this point, but investigators are searching for a man between 5’6’’ and 5’10’’. He wore a hat, blue jeans and a camouflage jacket during the robbery.
