SALISBURY, N.C. -- Authorities in Rowan County are looking for a gunman in a weekend shooting.

Deputies say someone shot a man around 5:15 Saturday morning on Hawkinstown Road in Salisbury.

Investigators say the victim, Aluonzea Tea Jackson, is expected to survive after being shot in the lower mid-section.  He was flown to Baptist Hospital after he arrived at the Rowan Regional Medical Center ER by vehicle.
