CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police are investigating the circumstances around a shooting that occurred Sunday afternoon.
Officials say a car pulled up to an officer on Norris Avenue around 4:30 p.m. and reported that a person inside the vehicle had been shot.
The victim, a black male, was transported to CMC Main with life threatening injuries.
