ALEXANDER COUNTY, N.C. -- Police are looking for two men who they said kidnapped, robbed and assaulted another man in Alexander County Tuesday morning.

Alexander County deputies are searching for Michael Dwayne Stacy, 22, and Darvis James Stacy, 24, -- both of Taylorsville -- and consider them armed and dangerous.

Officials haven't released many details into exactly what happened, only saying that a man was kidnapped, robbed and assaulted in the Bethlehem community early Tuesday morning and that the Stacys may be armed with an AK-47 and several handguns.

Authorities think that the suspects left the area in a newer model white Audi car with aftermarket rims.

If anyone has information regarding the whereabouts of these two individuals they are asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 828-632-4658 or the Crime Stopper’s Tip Line at 828-632-8555.
