Man shot outside Charlotte IHOP

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Police are searching for the person who shot a man outside an IHOP restaurant.
The shooting happened Friday night on Woodlawn road near Nations Crossing Road.
The victim was found in the parking lot with a wound to his backside.
Officials say he is expected to survive.
Police say think an argument lead to the shooting.
