CHESTER COUNTY, S.C. – A report released Monday by the Chester County Sheriff's Office is shedding more light on the case of an 11-month-old infant who died while in the care of her mother's boyfriend.

Jeffery Todd Bradley Jr., 27, is charged with homicide by child abuse in the death of 11-month-old Madison.

According to hospital doctor reports, Madison's physical injuries were inconsistent with the initial report Bradley gave as to how she sustained the injuries.

Wednesday evening, deputies were called to the home on Hardin Strait Road after receiving reports that a child had been electrocuted.

The doctor reports indicated Madison suffered from a skull fracture, hemorrhaging on the brain, and liver and kidney trauma.

Madison died on Friday from fatal head injuries.

Bradley remains in the Chester County Detention Center without bond.
