LINCOLNTON, N.C. -- The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office has charged three men with forging prescriptions.

According to authorities, all three men were charged with a similar incident earlier the same day at Walmart in Denver before they tried again at the Rite Aid.

Courtney Redfearn, Jetaun Cloud, and Javonte Fox are accused of passing a forged prescription with a fictitious name for Hydrocodone and Xanax.

Redfearn, 36, of Newland Road, Charlotte, NC is charged with felony obtaining controlled substance by fraud, conspiracy and uttering a forged instrument. His bond was set at $150,000.

Cloud, 24, of 1011 Johnson Street, Charlotte, NC was charged with felony conspiracy, trafficking drugs, and possession of five or more counterfeit prescriptions. His bond was set at $150,000.

Fox, 25, of 1724 Long Paw Lane, Charlotte, NC is charged with felony count each of Conspiracy and Trafficking in Drugs.  His bond was set at $150,000 secured.
